German Blond
Hobit Hole is proud to feature our signature Ale Hobbiton. Brewed in the classic Pilsener style. It's a pale lager however that is the only similarity it has with the mass market low flavor lagers that you will find around the world. Hobbiton has a greater hop presence, making it much bolder and more flavorful. We chose to feature German Tradition Hops with a light and sweet combination of grains to give it a smooth finish. This beers combination of light crisp taste and 5% ABV makes it a perfect beer to drink on a warm spring day in the Shire .

Honey Pale Ale
100 acre woods ale, is a bit of springtime in a glass. This ale is filled with all the bold flavors of childhood. Our flavor profile is built on two distinct malts one with the subtile flavors the toffee and biscuits. The other is a traditional English malt with wonderful fruity, caramel flavor. Then fished with locally sourced organic honey. one sip of the beer will hearken you back to the day of Christopher Robbins and the 100 ache woods.

Cream Ale
As the name would imply our Olivanders Cream Ale is a journey of wonder and magic in a bottle. We started this project with a simple goal of creating a simple English Cream Ale. But what we got was any thing but simple. Using a unique blend of grains and malts we created a considerably lighter and smoother cream ale with a wonderfully smooth aftertaste with distinct vanilla flavor. When you pour our cream ale you will be delighted to find a frothy head unlike anything you have ever experienced in any other beer.

Apple Cinnamon Cider
We brewed our Womping willow Apple Cinnamon Cider in the traditional style. Many steps in our cider date back almost 300 years. Its a dry cider with subtle undertones of brown sugar and cinnamon. Fermented with fresh cinnamon sicks and packing a Womping 7% ABV. We started this process with pure organic locally sourced apple cider. We used an american style yeast and fed that yeast keeping it active and fermenting for over 2 weeks. The end result was one of the strongest Ciders you will ever drink

Pumpkin Ale
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering fearing what should this new beer be, Ahh! I stated "Nevermore". Doubting, dreaming as no mortal ever did before, Can we make a pumpkin that stands out from all the rest. Yes I stated "Nevermore". This light and smooth tasting pumpkin Ale, Brings forth all the frights of fall, the crisp cold air, the color of fallen leaves. With local sweet roasted baking pumpkins, cinnamon sticks, and the spices of fall. just one sip and Mr. Poe himself would no longer Pine for his Sweet Lenore
